Return Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated 2/21/23. Thank you for shopping at TropTropShopShop.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return:
- The Goods must be purchased in the last 14 days.
- The Goods must have been received in a defective, damaged, broken, misprinted state.
- The Goods that were delivered do not match the order that was originally created.
**We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
The following conditions listed below, but not limited, are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return/exchange/refund:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Processing a Return
In order for a return to be processed, you must fill out the Return Order Form at this link: troptropshopshop.com/returns-form . Please supply your account information in full as well as provide all relevant details as requested in the form. This process requires the uploading of pictures of the merchandise that has been received.
Upon receiving your form, our Customer Service team will contact you to begin the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process that will notify you of approval of the return based on the condition of the product and the nature of the return. We will require that pictures be sent to our Customer Service team in order to verify the quality of the shipment and reasons for return.
Our process requires that you ship the product to our Customer Service Department for processing. The tracking number of your return is required to be sent back in your communications with the Customer Service Department.
We encourage you to select a carrier that offers you a receipt, a tracking number and has a solid reputation for deliveries. We are not responsible for any deliveries that are lost in transit or not received.
We understand that the process of returning a Good that you had been hoping our store could provide can seem daunting and intimidating. We would love to make it up to you in any way should the delivered product be less than superior. Our team will strive to right any wrongs and contact you with a plan to return your confidence in the experience and products we offer.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us by email at HeyThere@TropTropShopShop.com or by visiting our page for filling out a returns form at troptropshopshop.com/returns-form We will request photos of wrong/damaged items and we will begin the RMA process for your purchase promptly.

Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 days from the date on which You tendered payment for the Goods.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

In order for a cancellation to be processed, you must fill out the Cancellation Order Form at this link in its entirety, and supply your account information in full as well as provide all relevant details as requested in the form. Please allow up to 15 days for the process of cancelling your order and refunding your transaction to begin.

Exchange Policy
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at heythere@troptropshopshop.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item.
